Grace Meiberg

As Portfolio Manager at ChildFocus, Grace Meiberg serves as a strategic advisor to philanthropic clients, government partners, and mission-driven organizations working to improve outcomes for children and families. She brings deep expertise in policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management to help partners translate big ideas into measurable impact. 

Grace’s work is grounded in a commitment to equity, collaboration, and systems-level change. Her experience spans a range of social issue areas, helping to design and implement strategies that support effective grantmaking, policy advocacy, and cross-sector collaboration. 

Prior to joining ChildFocus, Grace held roles at Chapin Hall and the Chicago Center for Youth Violence Prevention, where she co-developed policy roadmaps and synthesized research to guide programmatic decisions.

Grace holds a dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Policy from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College, where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She brings a unique blend of human-centered social work practice and systems-level analysis to align strategy with purpose and drive meaningful, equitable change through philanthropy.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys trying new recipes in the kitchen, unwinding with yoga, and exploring her hometown of Chicago with her Bernese Mountain Dog in tow.
