Lisa Butts

As Director of Operations at ChildFocus, Lisa Butts oversees day-to-day business operations, manages financial systems and provides dedicated support to both team members and partners. Under her leadership, the organization has seen an increase in operational efficiency. 

Lisa brings a strong belief that every person has intrinsic worth, and this value-centered approach underscores all her work and communications. Prior to joining ChildFocus, she held progressive leadership roles at Casey Family Services, 3P Consulting and Plummer Youth Promise where she successfully implemented systems that boosted productivity and reduced costs. 

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. A champion of continuous improvement, collaboration and efficiency, Lisa believes empowering people and refining processes are keys to operational excellence.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys cooking, playing pickleball, and walking along the beach. She serves as a campus leadership team member at her church and lives in Milford, CT.
